Hadfield and Padfield Heritage Trail
Nature Sign Design was chosen to produce 20 signs to be installed around Nature Sign Design was chosen to produce a 20 sign heritage trail to be installed around the Hadfield and Padfield Heritage Trail after the group had been awarded £50,000 in funding from the lottery.
We worked with the group over a period of a few months and had many meetings to decide on the design of the boards, the design of the hand drawn map of the area. The materials used were a combination of steel lecterns and oak lecterns, the oak lecterns were to go around the reservoirs in the area.
The first sign was a large A0 sign incorporating a hand drawn map of the area and this was to be installed at the railway station, so that this would be the first thing visitors to the area see as they exited the station. This was a steel sign on upright posts with finials and a large header.
We also designed an A3 size leaflet to go along with the Hadfield and Padfield Heritage Trail.
